Desiccant Dryers ( Specifications )

INSTALLATION

  • Desiccant Dryers should always be installed after the receiver tank

  • Always duplex the desiccant dryer when no existing dryer is present.

  • Keep refrigerant dryers in-line before the receiver tank, as they provide the best pre-filter to a desiccant dryer.

MAINTENANCE

  • Only maintenance required is the changing of the 1/4" desiccant beads every two years, or when necessary.

  • We offer installation of our dryer and all major components are readily available from stock.

  • 1/4 turn oxygen service valves can be supplied with dryer if requested for field installation.

  • Please specify the type of Medical Air System you have, ( SIHI, NASH, MEDAES, etc. ) the number of compressors, and the amount of run-time. We will size the correct dryer and orifice for your particular system.

  • Airvac Technical Services offers a complete line of medical air components as well as installation and maintenance of these components. For more details, call us at 1-800-678-1052, or fill out our request form, and one of our representatives will be happy to answer any questions.
